If the trip or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to accidental or personal problem then the organization will be not responsible for any refund. The refund will be based on the various aspects like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, vehicle operators, etc.
The Refund will be minimum initiated after 15 to 45 days. If in case the client does not utilize any of our services (hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc.) which the company has provided in the package then we will be not responsible and for that, no refund will be initiated.
Refunds for alterations and/or abandonment will be returned directly to the Client. The Company will refund the amount by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque or by credit card. It will at least take 45 days to process refunds.
There is no refund payable for any unused services (e.g. meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, and sightseeing, etc.,) No matter what’s the reason.
Any service booked in advance and canceled as per booking policy, then refund will be made in the same mode but the cancellation charges will be deducted by the organization. This process also takes a minimum of 15 to 45 working days.
